Molly serves as the Director of Operations at Kennedy Financial Services, where she combines her passion for people, leadership, and organizational excellence to help drive the firm's vision and growth.
Prior to joining the family business, Molly built a successful career as a Registered Nurse, specializing in cardiac care early in her career before discovering her passion for home health, hospice, and geriatric care. Her dedication to serving patients and their families led her into leadership, where she spent the final five years of her nursing career as a Branch Director for a home health company. Through these experiences, she developed a strong foundation in team leadership, operational management, problem-solving, and compassionate client service.
While Molly plans to maintain her professional nursing license, her heart and her husband, Aaron, ultimately led her to join the family business. Today, she leverages her healthcare leadership background to strengthen operations, support team development, and help ensure an exceptional experience for clients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Aaron, and their three beautiful grown children. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, serving others, and creating a positive impact both personally and professionally.
