If not financially, then with your time. Statistics have proven time and again that to do so not only increases
your sense of self-worth and self-esteem, it can actually improve your health. Something to think about as you
head into your retirement years.

Your local Meals-on-Wheels program most assuredly needs assistance, with drivers and donations, as do most local
food banks. Big Brother and Big Sister Programs have had tremendous impact on many young lives and are designed for
individuals with an afternoon or two a week to give of their time. Libraries and schools usually have a great need for
volunteers as well.
